To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
Currently, Waw Allap only ships to the United States but we are working on international shipping. Shipping charges depend on items weight. Please provide up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. If you have any questions in regards to items that will be shipped outside of the United States please email info@wawallap.com.
Where are your packages shipped from?
Packages are processed and shipped from California.
What form of payment do you accept?
Waw Allap accepts most major credit card companies as well as PayPal. When purchasing an item please follow the prompted directions to see if your credit card will be accepted as a form of payment.
Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?
Waw Allap strives to ensure every customer is happy and pleased with their purchase. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact order@wawallap.com and provide your order# to see if you qualify for a refund. Please contact us within 15 days of purchase.
